Halla should be easy to use

Halla is made for people who use disability services.

So it must be easy for everyone to use.

What helps

Short or More detail. Choose short words, or more explanation.

Read to me. Halla reads the screen out loud.

Talk to me. Say where you want to go.

Bigger writing. Make the words bigger.

Stronger colours. Make things easier to see.

Big buttons. Easy to press.

No password. You can open Halla with your Halla card.

On your phone. Put Halla on your home screen, like an app.

How we check

We check every page before it goes live.

We check with a computer tester.

We check by hand on a phone.

We want disabled people to test Halla too.

Things that are not perfect yet

Maps can be hard to use. Every map also has a list.

Scanning your card needs a camera. You can open the link instead.

Talk to me does not work on every phone.
